Role Description The Insurance Broker is a full-time, in office role based in London, ON, responsible for producing insurance business, advising clients on appropriate insurance coverage options aligned with their business and personal needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing risk profiles, analyzing existing policies, preparing quotations, and presenting tailored solutions to prospects and existing clients. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive service, policy reviews, and proactive communication about coverage changes or new products.

The Insurance

Broker will work with various insurers to negotiate terms, process applications, handle renewals, and assist with claims support when required.



Collaboration with internal team members to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and achievement of sales and retention goals is also a key part of this position.

Qualifications Experience in insurance brokerage and strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage options.

Understanding of finance and risk management principles to support informed insurance recommendations.

Customer service skills with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build long-term client relationships.

Relevant provincial insurance licensing (e.g., RIBO or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain required licenses.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and policy review.

Proficiency with standard office software and insurance brokerage systems.

Ability to work on-site in London, ON, managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and compliance standards.
