- Lead procurement function transformation and professionalization
- Optimize processes, governance, and organizational structure
- Establish KPIs, reporting routines, and performance management systems
- Develop strategic sourcing initiatives across spend categories

- 15+ years in progressive procurement leadership
- Experience as CPO or equivalent role
- Background in Central Africa or similar emerging markets
