What You’ll Own

Engineer structures that matter — from stadiums and industrial facilities to complex precast systems and iconic buildings

Take full ownership of design calculations, technical detailing, and drawing reviews

Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and builders to bring bold designs to life

Conduct site visits to see your designs under construction and solve challenges in real time

Engage in design reviews and help elevate the quality of every project

Mentor junior team members and share your growing knowledge

Gain exposure to innovative PCI and CPCI precast design standards What You Bring

P.Eng. designation in Canada (PE US is a strong asset)

8+ years of structural design experience in Canada or the U.S.

4+ years of precast design in Canada/US

Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and relevant design standards

Familiarity with PCI/CPCI codes and precast concrete systems

Hands-on experience with tools like ETABS, Robot, Smath, SAFE, or similar software
