What You’ll Do:

- Manage and respond to 100+ internet leads per month with speed and professionalism.
- Follow the sales process and ensure top teir follow up with clients.
- Book appointments and send personalized video walkarounds to prospective customers.
- Work remote deals from start to finish, ensuring a seamless digital buying experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up to build trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress and performance.




- Focus on customer satisfaction with industry leading CSI/NPS scores.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in automotive sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with CRM systems, video tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- A high performer who wants to facilitate the sale of 20+ vehicles per month

Compensation & Benefits:
