Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to become a vital part of our day-today operation! In this role, you will oversee the accurate management of New and Used inventory, coordinate shipping, maintain positive dealer relationships for trading inventory as necessary, and support management as necessary. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure seamless inventory management, helping us meet customer demands and optimize performance.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle acquisition, stocking, and logistics within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Maintain precise inventory records using CDK to stock vehicles, Honda's e-biz system, Openlane, Carfax, Deskit, Production Board, and Key Vault.
- Conduct regular counts, stock reconciliations, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy across the dealership.
- Coordinate shipping & receiving of vehicles, and ensuring timely dispatch while being cost conscious.
- Assist with process improvement as necessary.




- Maintain a presentable workspace and assist in maintaining equipment as necessary.

Requirements

- Proven experience in dealership inventory management.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of procurement practices including sourcing inventory as directed.
- Experience with freight logistics, transportation management systems.
- Ability to operate dealer systems such as CDK, Excel, and E-Biz.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and process improvements.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
