Investment Banking Winter Analyst – Infrastructure M&A; Advisory – Winter 2026 Agentis acts as a sell‑side and buy‑side advisor on a wide variety of global transactions including renewable power, energy, digital, transportation, and public‑private partnerships. Our clients include leading infrastructure funds, pension funds, contractors, and governments.

Partners (principal investments), Agentis Capital Advisors (financial advisory and asset management services), Agentis Capital Mining Partners (mining advisory), and Agentis Capital Markets (capital markets). The internship program offers a formal curriculum in project finance, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling. Analyst interns are expected to demonstrate financial modeling capabilities through real‑world applications and will be invited to work on active projects.
Performance is rewarded within a close‑knit team and meritocratic culture. Upon successful completion, interns have the chance to be invited back to join Agentis in a full‑time position. As an analyst intern, you will be challenged from day one by complex, high‑pressure assignments that directly impact our clients and the firm.
Working closely in groups led by senior partners, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions within a performance‑based culture. Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions,
public‑private partnerships, and principal investments. Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including the use of macros and VBA programming.
Develop asset valuations using a variety of approaches. Assist the senior team in evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing investments. Research potential investment banking opportunities; Maintain marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks for potential clients.
Work beyond normal workdays or workweeks as required in a fast‑paced environment. Direct exposure to senior team members and industry leaders. Opportunities to work on projects with one of Agentis’ portfolio companies in other sectors including consulting, healthcare, fintech, and agriculture.
Participation in internal training modules including a leadership development program. Potential to be invited back for a full‑time position. Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or other related areas.
Graduating in Summer/ Fall 2026. Exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0). Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Term: 4‑Month internship (January to April 2026). Full‑time. January 5, 2026. Finance.
