Your work will ensure investors are well-informed about their investments' performance, market conditions, and Speiro's strategic direction, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities: Manage regular communication with investors, including updates, reports, and responses to inquiries.
Organize investor meetings and educational sessions.
Collaborate with the investment and analysis teams to gather information for investor communications.
Develop and refine investor relations policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Experience in investor relations, communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of real estate investing and financial reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of investors.
