We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the VP of Infrastructure in a highly visible role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects, and strong meeting and calendar management skills.
Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing executive calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project activities, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
Robust organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams are required.
