- Conduct routine inspections of common areas, offices, hallways, and entry points to identify cleaning needs or maintenance issues
- Handle special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep sanitation as scheduled or required
- Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards




- Keep detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any issues that require further attention

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within commercial or institutional settings
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending or reaching
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance concerns effectively
- Familiarity with basic facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure working environment
