We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our Japanese BBQ restaurant. Duties
- Serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for Japanese dishes
- Cook and grill menu items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food handling areas
- Set up and maintain the dining area, including table settings and presentation
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation is advantageous
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is desirable
- Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting will be beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
