Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on

Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using

Java Microservices, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud

. The role requires robust technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and experience delivering scalable cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of enterprise applications using

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud

.

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on

Azure AKS, Azure Functions, and related services

.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce development best practices.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using

GitHub Actions, Jenkins

, and DevOps methodologies.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using tools such as

New Relic

.





- Support production issues and drive root cause analysis.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work effectively within onsite/offshore team structures.

- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of Java development experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.

- Strong expertise in:

- Java 11+/17+

- Spring Boot

- Microservices Architecture

- REST APIs

- ReactJS

- Azure Cloud (AKS, Azure Functions)

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native application design and DevOps practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
