- - Working with investment advisors to support and facilitate client transfers from other financial institutions (not a client-facing role).
- - Open and set up client accounts (NOT CLIENT FACING)
- - Follow up on transfers
- - Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management
- - Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers
Must Have Requirements:
- 2-3+ years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings, transfers (ideally in Wealth Operations)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Savvy with technology and data
- Experience in escalations and policy review
