Key Responsibilities

Journeyperson Electrician

- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings
- Install conduit, wiring, electrical equipment, and control systems
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems
- Install and service electrical systems, data cabling, and fibre optic infrastructure
- Test circuits and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance

Foreman
- Lead, mentor, and supervise electrical crews on site
- Coordinate labour, materials, schedules, and daily project activities




- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
- Ensure projects meet quality, productivity, and budget expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications

Apprentice Electrician
- Assist with the installation of conduit, wiring, and electrical systems
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and code requirements
- Support maintenance, repair, and upgrade work under the guidance of experienced electricians
- Install data cabling and assist with fibre optic installations
- Test electrical systems and equipment for safety and functionality
- Develop technical skills through hands-on training and mentorship

Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification/licence (where applicable)
- Registered Apprentice status for Apprentice applicants
- Previous leadership experience is considered an asset for Foreman candidates
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional, safety-first attitude
- Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
