Summary The Junior Guarantee & Quality Administrative Assistant (Temporary) role is responsible for assisting the Quality and Guarantee departments with various administrative tasks including but not limited to:

· Customer phone and email communications to address guarantee related inquiries

· Assisting with inspecting and quarantining products in production

· Receiving returned parts from the field

· Quality & Guarantee data entry for defective parts

Responsibilities

- Receive returned failed parts from the field at a secondary location less than 1km away from main building
- Log returned parts into an excel summary sheet weekly
- Assist with quarantining products in production




- Respond to customer email inquiries and phone calls
- Assist with production inspections, when necessary

Role is approximately 70% computer-based work and 30% production floor work This position encompasses a wide range of duties and self-directed responsibilities and tasks

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus
- Robust organizational and time-management skills

- Attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint)
- Valid BC driver’s license & access to a vehicle
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
