Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

- Complete pool maintenance visits which includes cleaning, water balancing and equipment inspection.
- Assist senior technicians with pool closing visits
- Install water bags and tarps for pools
- Assist with the installation of winter safety covers or tarp covers
- Assist with removal of accessories (ladders, handrails, diving boards)
- Add appropriate closing chemicals and balance water as needed
- Assist with the closing of all pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems

Experience

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)



and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is an advantage.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- This role is seasonal - must be available to work from hire until Nov. 15th
- Required to have and wear CSA-approved safety footwear.

- Kanata, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- General Labour: 1 year (preferred)
