Wings is looking for a motivated and dependable Junior Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restaurant supervisory experience who is ready to develop their management skills while working alongside an experienced management team.

Responsibilities

- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
- Coach and support front-of-house team members.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
- Support staff training and onboarding.
- Assist with scheduling, labour management, and inventory as directed.
- Help create a positive, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Lead,



or in a similar restaurant leadership role.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Serving It Right certification required.

Compensation
- Starting wage: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience.
