We are seeking a passionate and flexible Kinesiology graduate to join our team Full Time to assist our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist and administrative staff in the care of our valued clients. The ideal candidate is on a gap year and will apply to professional school in 2027 and looking for a valuable learning opportunity and mentorship from experienced Physiotherapists.

Location: 400 Cabana Road East, Windsor, ON N9G1A3

Full Time Position

Term: 1 year contract starting ASAP with an option to extend.

Compensation: $19/hr

Shifts vary: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm .

Employee Responsibility

As a Kinesiology Graduate, you will be required to perform the duties set out in your respective as well as any other duties or expectations that may arise from time to time and may be assigned to you. You are required to abide by any and all company policies. Please note that it is your responsibility to keep up to date on all revisions to policies on receipt of notice of any such revisions.

Requirements

● Kinesiology Degree required.

● Experience with exercise prescription is an asset.





● Ability to communicate and work effectively on a multidisciplinary team.

● Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment.

● Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

● Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks.

● Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.

● Strong customer service orientation.

Vacation: As per our Vacation Policy, you are entitled to 2 weeks that may be taken at your discretion upon approval from your manager and according to company policy. Vacation pay shall be paid at a rate of 4% as per company policy. Your vacation entitlement operates on an annual basis with the vacation year beginning on January 1st and ending on December 31st. Please note that vacation time will be prorated from your start date during your first year of employment.
