Duties

Wash and peel vegetables and fruits Help preparing cook

Wash work tables, cupboards, and appliances Sweep, mop and wash floors according to standards

Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas

Assist chef and other kitchen staff perform duties Operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glass and flatware

Learn and help preparing Cantonese and western cuisines Employment requirements Secondary school education

On-the-job training and ability of handling kitchen-setting Understand basic food preparation and food safe knowledge

Working in a quick-paced environment

Start date: As soon as possible
