The Role - What You'll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager at Smitty’s, you’ll lead the back-of-house team and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards every day.

- Lead, coach, and develop your back-of-house team
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily kitchen operations
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Smitty’s standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
- Keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting




- Collaborate with front-of-house and handle guest feedback professionally
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, systems, and results
