Become a vital part of the Vitrolife Group in Mississauga, Ontario as a Laboratory Samples Reception Associate. Your expertise in specimen inspection and data entry will help support families on their journey to parenthood. This in office role is instrumental in maintaining the laboratory’s efficiency and quality control.

You will be responsible for receiving specimens, inspecting samples, and meticulously entering data into our reporting systems. Collaboration with Laboratory Technologists and ensuring the cleanliness of the sample reception area are key components of this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Follow procedures for specimen handling and patient record maintenance
- Assemble and disassemble kit trays and materials as required




- Clean the sample receiving area for optimal function
- Identify and correct issues affecting test performance
- Document corrective actions for established performance deviations Requirements:
- Associate degree in related fields preferred
- Over 1 year of laboratory experience in a similar role
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with client data entry and quality control
