Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to various building projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will help us deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.

Duties

- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to support carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete finishing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and tile laying to meet project specifications
- Support installation of cabinets, flooring, drywall, and other building components with precision and care
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or excavators when trained and certified
- Conduct restoration work including painting, caulking,



and surface preparation to ensure quality finishes
- Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material counts when needed

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience or related hands-on work in building environments preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and measuring devices
- Experience with power tools including drills, saws, grinders, and sanders
- Knowledge of construction techniques such as masonry, carpentry, welding, plumbing, electrical systems, and concrete finishing
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely after proper training and certification
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
