We pride ourselves on executing complex projects with precision, collaboration, and impact. We are currently seeking an experienced Land Agent to lead the planning and execution of land acquisition, expropriation, and valuation processes for successful project delivery.

Position Summary The Land Agent will work with landowners, project stakeholders and key members in order to secure land access, deliver negotiations and effectively communicate with property owners. A successful Land Agent must possess field experience and the ability and knowledge to coordinate with stakeholders and act as a liaison between clients and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with landowners to discuss project activities and facilitate property access
- Coordinate with landowners, clients, and project teams to support access agreements
- Communicate project information, schedules, and site requirements to stakeholders
- Plan and organize field visits and prepare regular project updates and reports
- Identify and communicate land access issues or stakeholder concerns
- Support negotiations and maintain positive landowner relationships




- Work independently in a field-based environment while collaborating with project team members

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be English and French speaking
- Must be willing to work in office and possess a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field , or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with land consulting and land access
- Experience in client facing projects and successful project execution
- Stakeholder interaction experience with the ability to provide structured reporting and deliver complex information to landowners
- Ability to effectively conduct landowner meetings
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
