Future Duties

- Lead and supervise a crew responsible for landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and pruning.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.




- Maintain safety protocols by training team members on equipment operation and safe work practices.

Requirements

- Proven supervising or leadership experience in landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate with clients
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment or materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to landscaping equipment and tools.
