Position Overview

We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and fast Lash Technician to join our team. You’ll start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

The ideal candidate is experienced, consistent, and able to deliver complete lash sets efficiently and beautifully.

We’re looking for lash artists who:

- Achieve 100% lash coverage with clean, precise work.
- Work efficiently within set time goals:
- Classic: 1 hr 15 min
- Hybrid: 1 hr 30 min
- Volume: 2 hr
- Maintain professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and team-minded attitude.
- Are available on evenings and weekends (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities
- Perform exceptional lash extension services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Consult with clients to design lash looks that suit their eye shape and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at your station and throughout the salon.
- Assist with general salon upkeep — disinfecting tools, tidying shared areas, laundry, restocking supplies, and ensuring a professional presentation.
- Greet clients and support front-of-house duties when needed (booking, check-ins, etc.).
- Educate clients on lash maintenance and aftercare.
- Stay updated on trends, techniques,



and lash products to keep your artistry sharp.
- Contribute to a positive and empowering workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lash Technician with a clean, polished portfolio.
- Certification in lash extension application (preferred).
- Skilled in classic, hybrid, and volume techniques.
- Excellent time management — quick, detailed, and consistent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and professional safety standards.
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $18.95-$40.00 per hour
