Duties

- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to ensure precise and efficient landscape upkeep
- Pruning shrubs and bushes
- Garden bed maintenance and weeding
- Cleaning up job sites and ensuring properties are left looking their best
- Performing all work safely while following company safety procedures
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Qualifications
- Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
- enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, trimming, planting,
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively




- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently when handling equipment.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and responsibilities
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to stand, bend, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods

- A valid driver's licence is an asset.-Transportation to and from our shop is required.
