You will possess a background in project and people planning, as well as shop management.





- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in varied settings • Minimum 4-year experience in Carpentry and/or Timber Framing, including affiliated certifications (red seal, journeyperson, or international equivalents).
- Shop Lead, Crew Management or Foreman level experience.
- A full range of skill from all facets of residential and commercial construction • Experience with mentoring junior carpenters • Robust communication skills with teammates, clientele and consultants • Experience with shop production • Creative problem-solving skills • Familiarity or aptitude with CAD and computer skills Benefits
