Bird Construction is seeking an Estimator based in Edmonton (Ellwood), AB, to develop estimates for major projects. You will perform takeoffs, price own work and subcontractors, and solicit bids from suppliers while analyzing risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities include preparing cost plans, reviewing documents, and supporting tender submissions. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on estimating experience with large ICI projects and proficiency in Timberline and Takeoff tools.
