Responsibilities

- Safely operate light-duty tow trucks(flatbed/1 Ton) to recover and transport vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist customers with roadside emergencies, including lockouts, flat tires, and minor repairs when applicable
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate pickups and drop-offs
- Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities,



including logs and incident reports
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure a secure working environment at all times

Qualifications

- Proven mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and automotive repair techniques
- Experience Towing in 1 Ton wrecker or Flatbed
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and securing vehicles safely
- 3 years Towing experience
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to vehicle recovery operations
