Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes and thrives in a refined fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and present menu items with consistency, following established recipes, presentation & brand standards

- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness and food safety

- Follow proper food handling practices, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methods

- Receive and store deliveries in accordance with hotel policies and procedures

- Accurately complete required documentation, including heating and cooling logs, temperature logs and cleaning logs

- Maintain an organized, clean and efficient workstation

- Monitor and maintain line coolers to ensure proper stock levels and freshness

- Follow all health and safety requirements at all times

- Execute opening and closing shift procedures in line with kitchen standards

- Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant team to ensure a seamless service experience





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending and lifting
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
