Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure a protected and efficient kitchen environment
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
- Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely delivery during busy service hours

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking,



or a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Prior experience with serving or assisting in food service environments is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
