We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure safe food handling and storage practices.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment.





Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new techniques in the kitchen.
