Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Support the plating process to deliver visually appealing dishes to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts




- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional food quality

Skills

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Experience with meal preparation, serving, and food handling procedures
