Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including food handling and storage
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Assist with meal preparation during busy service hours to support smooth kitchen operations




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Skills

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude under pressure
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations
- Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
