Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the food preparation area.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Help with plating and presentation to ensure dishes look appealing before serving.
- Follow all health regulations to keep the kitchen safe and hygienic for everyone.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service hours.

Experience

- Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling safety regulations.
- Familiarity with restaurant or food industry standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment.
- Valuable communication skills to coordinate smoothly with team members and front-of-house staff.
