NOW HIRING: Tagalog-Speaking Female Live-In Caregiver / PSW
Home Care Company is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Tagalog-speaking female Live-In Caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a lovely elderly couple in Scarborough, with the primary focus on caring for a kind senior living with dementia.
Location: Scarborough (Victoria Park Ave & St. Clair Ave East)
Schedule:
- Sunday 7:00 PM to Friday 7:00 PM
- Full-Time Live-In Position
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog
- Female caregiver
- PSW certification or caregiving experience preferred
- Experience supporting clients with dementia is an asset
- Compassionate, patient, calm, and dependable
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Position Details:
- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Companionship and emotional support
- Gentle redirection and reassurance for a client living with dementia
- Meal planning, preparation, and cooking
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assistance with daily routines
- Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive home setting
