Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to assemble products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

This job is suitable for someone who enjoys working with their hands while creating a finished product from scratch.

This is a part time daytime only position. No nights will be offered...ever.

Duties

- Assemble components and parts according to blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform welding and machining operations as required for specific assembly projects according to their ability.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Operate forklifts when necessary for material handling.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred.
- Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools. Welding techniques, and machining skills are also a nice to have but not necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
