We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining GM die cutting machines to produce high-quality products while ensuring efficiency and safety. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge of the label industry in a energetic and fast-paced environment. We are hiring for both our day shift, 6am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday) and our afternoon shift, 2:30pm - 12:30am (Monday - Thursday).

Responsibilities Include:

- Set up and operate GM die cutting machines according to specifications
- Ensure proper calibration of machines to meet product requirements
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet customer standards
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production targets
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive shoulder and arm movements
- Ability to use computers and apply basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods
