Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Machine Operator with a strong background in landscaping and snow removal to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy equipment to support construction, landscaping, and seasonal snow management projects. Your expertise will help ensure efficient project execution, safety, and high-quality results across diverse outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, graders, and paving machines to complete landscaping and construction projects efficiently
- Perform snow removal operations using appropriate machinery to maintain safe and accessible work sites during winter months
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and other construction-related tasks as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines effectively




- Maintain detailed records of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and project progress

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving equipment in construction or landscaping environments
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for transporting equipment or materials (DZ or AZ)
- Strong understanding of construction processes including grading, paving, and site preparation and snow removal.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety awareness
- Prior experience in snow removal operations during winter seasons is advantageous

Pay: $26.00-$38.00 per hour
