Langeman Manufacturing, a small privately owned company that designs and builds spray equipment for protective coatings (including spray-on truck bedliners) and related automotive products, is seeking an exceptional Machinist to join its shop-floor manufacturing and product development team.
This is a hands-on, non-supervisory role. You will operate both manual lathes and mills as well as CNC machines, with strong proficiency in Mastercam. A key part of the position involves product development: taking recent part designs from SolidWorks through to Mastercam programming, machine setup, and production — all with minimal supervision.
The role also includes machine assembly and troubleshooting skills as part of supporting our equipment and production processes. You will work as part of a small, skilled shop-floor team focused on both day-to-day manufacturing and the development of new components.
Candidates with additional welding and fabricating skills will have a stronger chance of being selected.
Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to make parts from scratch are also valued assets, especially in support of our machinery production.
