LEARN through our classes and our team’s product knowledge At Eataly this position is referred to as a Prep Cook, preparing a variety of fresh, made-to-order sandwiches while providing exceptional guest services. Reports to the CDC, Central Kitchen. Prepares sandwiches to order at our guest-facing sandwich station

Completes food preparation assignments in a neat, accurate and timely manner

Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations

Restocks ingredients as needed Cleans all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production

Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications Food service/kitchen experience preferred

Experience in a guest-facing environment

Good knife skills and finger dexterity to use small tools and utensils adeptly

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Job Requirements Availability to work onsite with a versatile schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and exert well-paced mobility





Ability to spend up to 8 hours standing or walking in a kitchen and restaurant environment

Ability to work with commercial equipment including stand mixers, ovens, torches, etc.

Compensation Compensation for this role is CAD $18.00-$21.00 hourly
