Job Title: Mainframe Modernization Lead

SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe technologies including COBOL, PL/I, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, and z/OS .
- Strong expertise in Mainframe Modernization , including application assessment, rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, and legacy transformation .
- Experience modernizing monolithic applications into API-enabled, microservices-based, and cloud-native architectures .
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture , and integration with Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD , Git, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Jenkins, Azure DevOps , and automation practices.
- Experience with OpenShift,



Kubernetes, Docker , containerization, and messaging technologies such as IBM MQ, Kafka, and API Connect .
- Proven ability to lead enterprise modernization initiatives , mentor technical teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.
- Strong background in Banking/Financial Services , enterprise architecture, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and modernization roadmap planning.
