MessageWay / Seeburger Support Analyst (Managed File Transfer, SFTP, Automation, Linux/Windows)

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-4 Days WFO)

Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems.
- MessageWay / Seeburger experience would be an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of:
- Secure file transfer protocols
- Data integration
- Automation
- Troubleshooting MessageWay / Seeburger MFT processes
- Experience working with:
- MessageWay / Seeburger MFT
- Similar managed file transfer solutions
- Robust understanding of secure file transfer protocols:
- SFTP
- FTPS
- HTTPS

Experience in:

- Automating file transfer workflows
- Monitoring tools
- Knowledge of:
- Enterprise integrations
- Data exchange solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong familiarity with:
- MessageWay / Seeburger configuration
- File Transfer Management
- Experience with:
- Linux/Unix environments
- Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages:
- Shell
- Python
- PowerShell
- Configure and maintain:
- SSH keys for secure partner connections
- PGP keys for encryption/decryption of sensitive files

Job Responsibilities:





- Install, configure, and maintain MessageWay / Seeburger MFT software for secure file transfers.
- Configure and manage:
- Transfer flows
- Queues
- Channels
- Ensure seamless data exchange.
- Implement and enforce secure file transfer protocols:
- SFTP
- FTP
- FTPS
- Automate file transfer workflows using MessageWay / Seeburger MFT automation tools.
- Monitor and resolve file transfer issues by reviewing:
- Logs
- Triggers
- Alerts
- Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams:
- IT
- DevOps
- Other teams
- Ensure smooth file transfer operations.
- Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for:
- Configurations
- Workflows
- Troubleshooting procedures
- Perform Windows OS server patching.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and validate application functionality after OS patching.
