Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service activities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance team skills and motivation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, cash handling procedures,



and store standards

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in restaurant, retail or a related environment
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, merchandising
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (or multilingual) contexts (an asset); ability to connect with diverse customers and staff
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, and conflict resolution
- Ability to handle cash handling accurately and maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers or vendors
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
