This is a temporary full‑time 18‑month contract position. The Managing Director will lead program management for the SLC MEP and integration activities, shaping execution strategy, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving cross‑functional delivery.

What you will do
- Own and actively manage the integrated execution plan for SLC MEP and integration activities, including milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, sequencing, and decision points.
- Drive cross‑functional delivery across Finance, HR, Tax, Legal, Technology, Operations, Risk, Change Management, business leaders, external advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Run disciplined operating rhythms, governance forums, status reviews, and escalation processes to keep workstreams moving and accountable.
- Track budgets, approvals, advisor scopes, deliverables, timelines, and forecasted spend, ensuring risks, overages, blockers, and unresolved issues are addressed promptly.
- Convert cross‑functional inputs into clear action items, owner assignments, execution decisions, escalation matters, and progress updates for senior leadership.
- Maintain delivery momentum by removing roadblocks, resolving execution issues, enforcing accountability, and ensuring workstream outputs meet required quality and timeline.
Key Relationships
- Senior leaders across Finance, HR, Tax, Legal, Technology, Operations, Risk, Change Management,
and business functions involved in integration or strategic initiative delivery.
- Project Manager, Business Analyst, workstream leads, and functional teams supporting execution, issue resolution, and delivery management.
- External advisors and service providers supporting integration planning, execution, governance, or specialized workstreams.
- Executive sponsors and senior decision‑makers responsible for prioritization, approvals, escalation, and outcome ownership.
Success Measures
- Integrated execution plan maintained with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decision points, and delivery status.
- Governance forums and operating rhythms that result in timely decisions, transparent actions, escalations, accountability, and follow‑through.
- Material priority, scope, budget, delivery, and stakeholder alignment issues resolved quickly and transparently.
- External advisor deliverables, budgets, scopes, timelines, and value delivered actively managed against agreed expectations.
- Improved workstream transparency, delivery discipline, execution cadence, and accountability across SLC MEP and integration activities.
- Key execution milestones delivered on time with appropriate executive visibility, risk management, and stakeholder confidence.
What you need to succeed
- Significant experience leading complex enterprise execution, integrations, transactions, or transformation delivery in a matrixed environment.
- Strong delivery discipline, judgment, and ability to drive outcomes through influence, coordination, and structured follow‑through.
- Demonstrated ability to turn priorities into executable plans, manage competing workstreams, resolve ambiguity, and keep teams focused on delivery milestones.
- Strong communication skills, including concise status updates, action logs, decision materials, governance documents, and escalation summaries.
- Experience managing external advisors, budgets, scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, and execution‑related issue resolution.
- Comfort operating across Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, Technology, Operations, transaction integration, operating model change, governance, and enterprise‑wide implementation activities.
- Ability to identify execution risks, elevate clearly, and drive timely decisions in complex and sensitive environments.
