Zun Yue Residence is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and community-driven Marketing and Customer Care Coordinator / Associate. In this entry-level role, you will be the welcoming face of our community - responsible for greeting visitors, introducing our residence, and supporting local activities.

Responsibilities:

- Guest Reception: Warmly welcome visitors, answer basic inquiries, and show them around the community.

- Event Support: Help set up and run on-site marketing events, celebrations, and Open Houses.

- Community Engagement: Chat naturally with residents and guests to maintain a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

- Admin Support: Assist with daily office tasks and keep visitor logs updated.

Qualifications:

- Language: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (Required).

- Personality: Outgoing, approachable, and loves interacting with people.

- Experience: Entry-level.



New graduates and students are welcome!

- Assets: Knowledge of WeChat/Xiaohongshu or connections within the local Chinese community is a plus.
