Chelmsford and South End is excited to hire energetic and motivated individuals for multiple roles including Cooks, Cashiers, Supervisors, and Packliners. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service at the cash register, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Oversee daily operations as a supervisor, supporting team members and maintaining high standards
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently for takeout or delivery, ensuring food quality and safety
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and food handling procedures
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas to meet health regulations
- Support team collaboration by communicating effectively and stepping into various roles as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices is highly valued
- Experience with serving customers or handling food in a fast-paced setting will help you succeed
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail in meal preparation, food handling, and customer service
