· Support the Brand Marketing Manager across various campaigns in North America to build brand awareness at the B2B and B2C levels and drive sales via various digital and traditional marketing channels.

· Partner with external agencies to plan and implement B2B and B2C campaigns, overseeing tactical execution.

· Develop and manage B2B marketing materials (e.g., catalogues, brochures, booklets) while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

· Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, including graphics and visual materials, to support campaign objectives and enhance brand messaging.

· Utilize marketing monitoring platforms, campaign data, and market research to refine targeting and segmentation strategies for the target market.

· Plan, execute, and evaluate account-based marketing initiatives focused on category growth and promoting STA brands.

· Oversee the invoicing process for STA programs.

· Support the sales team in developing materials, presentations and other marketing communications for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows, and events.
