We're building a brand that connects Korean culture with Canadian communities through food, storytelling, and unforgettable experiences.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist who wants to do more than manage marketing campaigns.

We're looking for someone who wants to build something.

What You'll Do

Every day will look different.

One day, you might be filming behind-the-scenes content during a new menu photoshoot.

The next, you'll be meeting with a local business to explore a partnership.

Another day, you may be introducing a new campaign on camera or helping organize a grand opening event.

Your responsibilities include

- Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, creators, and community organizations
- Represent HANKKi professionally at meetings, events, and collaborations
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Appear on camera when appropriate to introduce products, events, or brand stories
- Identify meaningful stories happening inside HANKKi and turn them into engaging content
- Coordinate campaigns with designers, photographers, videographers, and operations teams
- Help organize store openings, community events, and brand activations
- Support influencer outreach and partnership opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results

We're looking for someone who enjoys being both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.



Someone who is equally comfortable attending a business meeting, filming a Reel on their phone, interviewing a team member, or helping launch a new store.

Qualifications

Required

- Strong English communication skills
- Marketing, branding, communications, or related experience
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Experience creating content for social media
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between locations

Preferred
- Strong understanding of Korean culture and Korean food
- Ability to connect Korean culture with Canadian audiences
- Experience in hospitality, food, retail, or lifestyle brands
- Experience with partnerships, influencer marketing, or community engagement
- Basic photography or video editing skills
- Korean language is an asset, but not required

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
