- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches to enhance results.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and progress notes in compliance with privacy standards.




- Communicate clearly with clients about their comfort levels and adjust techniques accordingly to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certifications related to massage therapy.

Qualifications

- Proven knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and client education.
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Prior experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
