Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer with sokme HVAC experience to join our engineering team and drive the development of cutting-edge mechanical systems and products. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conceptual design to manufacturing, utilizing advanced CAD tools and system design principles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, with a passion for creating efficient, reliable, and cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of technology.

Responsibilities In the role, primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:·

-On Site visits and training

-Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings for system design and implementation

-Planning and preparing for upcoming deployments

· Activation and testing of devices

· Manage the communication network setup and troubleshooting

· Training users on the deployed system

· Post-installation duties such as troubleshooting issues, analyzing device connectivity reports, ensuring optimal connectivity rates and·

Other projects as determined by management.

Requirements:·

Mechanical Engineer, Technologist or plumbing background-Recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Able to read Mechanical/Electrical drawings and be familiar with specific and general construction knowledge is an asset.

Experience in Mechanical construction is an asset.

Duties

- Design, analyze, and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo.
- Create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop and validate prototypes through laboratory testing, utilizing tools like MATLAB, LabVIEW, and CNC machining techniques.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical controls, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Conduct system design reviews, perform stress analysis, and optimize mechanical performance for durability and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, schematics, and specifications for manufacturing and quality assurance purposes.
- Support manufacturing processes by troubleshooting issues related to mechanical design, ensuring seamless production flow.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo for designing complex mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, drafting standards, and schematics interpretation.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes including CNC machining, fabrication techniques, and prototyping methods.
- Experience with system design involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), MATLAB, LabVIEW, and CNC controls.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems integration within larger projects involving electrical controls and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical data critically.
